Headquarters for Lebanon’s largest IT company. 35,000 m² of built-up area. Double-skin façades and modular office spaces. Located on “Nahr Beirut” river where a high water table is present. The parking levels sit 10 meters below the water table.

Grand Hills Hotel and SPA, Broumana
A $95 million, 70,000 m² resort village in Broumana. Comprises 62 apartments of different sizes, a 120-key 5-star hotel, a 350-seat theatre, a night club, an 800 m³ outdoor pool, a 400 m³ covered pool,4 restaurants, shops, underground parking for over 500 cars, and a private mini complex consisting of a main residence for the project’s owner along with 3 guest villas surrounding 2 pools connected by a water fall.

Parkside Residence, Sioufi , Achrafieh
Two buildings and a total of 21 units that comprise 300 m² & 380 m² units, 550 m² to 600 m² duplexes, a penthouse, and 2 underground floors. Coordination of various interior decoration and finishes.

Ackawi Residential Building, Achrafieh
A luxurious residential building of 14 floors comprising 3 underground parking levels, a ground floor entrance, 10 apartments of 420 m² each , and a duplex of 650 m².

Abitare / Galerie Farra, Mkalles, Beirut
A furniture store having 3 parking levels and 4 upper stories of furniture exposition space in an atrium design set up. The store  spans over 5,000 m² of area of which 2,000 m² were existent as an old factory and where some columns were removed and the old structure was strengthened accordingly.

1157 Achrafieh Residential Building, Beirut
An 11- storey luxurious residential building comprising eleven 300 m² units on 11 floors. Apartments were sold at the concrete stage and modified to each Owner’s individual interior design.


Mouawad Residential Tower, Achrafieh
A high luxury residential building of 21 floors with a unique design featuring an aluminum/steel façade structure and special massive marble cladding imported from Italy. The building has a 2-meter thick mat foundation that took 30 hours of continuous pouring.

5599 New Mar Takla, Beirut
A very high luxury building in New Mar Takla comprising 8 simplexes and 2 duplexes for a total of 3,570 m² of built up area.

Pierre Boustany’s Residence, Yarze
A high luxury villa conceived for 2 or 4 floors of 480 m² each. Executed one parking floor of 1.000 m².and 2 floors with a special demountable roof in order to allow for a later addition of 2 more floors.

Dr. Fred Boustany’s Residence, Yarzé
A very high luxury private residential building comprising 4 flats of 700 m² each with a 1,400 m² service floor in the basement level, and a swimming pool.

Renovation of the Michel Chiha Residence, Yarze
The full renovation of a 1,700 m² mansion along with a 6,000 m² garden and turning it into 4 separate luxury apartments without changing the exterior façcades. Executed very high quality and meticulous details requested by the decoration and electro–mechanical consultants.

Ackawi Villa, Broumana
A high luxury private villa of 1,500 m² of built-up area comprising 5 floors with exceptional interior decoration and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Villa Jabbour, Roumieh
A private residence comprising 5 floors of living space with a total area of 1,400 m² built in a traditional Lebanese architectural setting featuring high luxury, comfortable and modern interiors combined with old-styled traditional exterior. Stone arches and Mandalouns have been carefully carved out of massive stone.

Kassar Residence, Jeita.
A single family residence of 1,500 m² built up area. A turnkey project managed from excavation to handover, with a strict budget, high quality, and schedule control requirements.

Chamoun Villa, Fatka
A lavish 4-floor private villa built in an American/Lebanese mixed aspect on an 8,500 m² land parcel. Constructed with solid stone columns, cornices, and planters with a stone fence all around the property and a service building for a guard, a gardener, and a driver. 

705 Mar Chaaya, Broumana
An exclusive residential building erected over a very steep slope that presented an engineering challenge. Features high quality construction with an unblockable view of 180 degrees to each of its 5 apartments.

The Landmark Building, Bsalim
A luxury residential building overlooking the city of Beirut with a total area of 3,300 m² and comprising 10 apartments.  A complete turned key project from choosing the land to design, permitting, construction, marketing, sales, interior decoration, and handover.  

The Delhamieh Land Development
A 4 million m² stretch of raw land studied to be developed into a multi-use project that contains an 18-hole golf course in a country club setting, a shopping mall, schools, a town center, two 5-star hotels, a marina, and a subdivision of around 1,000 plots of land for sale, with the associated infrastructure system.

Sakr Power Systems factories, Lebanon
The expansion of two generator assembly and steel sound proofing factories.  In Nahr Ibrahim, construction of 3 expansion buildings of 80 meters and 60 meters long assembly lines facility buildings with the associated overhead cranes and a 105 meters long, fully automatic spray painting line.  In Halate, a structural steel, 2,000 m² factory building.

 One Cambridge Court, Falls Church, Virginia, USA
One Cambridge Court is a $25 Million 222,000 square-foot office building made up of 2 towers, connected by a 95-foot glass atrium. It is built in structural steel and the lobby is decorated with classic mosaics of polished marble, tapestry art, and monumental wrought iron chandeliers.

The Aerospace Center & Air rights Building, Washington, DC, USA
A $40 million project comprising 600,000 square feet of built up area featuring exterior precast cladding, a three-level grand stone staircase, and terraces. The tenants are federal government agencies that installed intricate security, telecommunications, and interior decoration systems.
